Terms & Conditions — Euro Gift Hampers

1. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Delivery charges apply as per location and order size.

2. Orders

Online orders are confirmed after full payment. Bulk and corporate orders are confirmed after written approval of our proposal and receipt of the agreed payment.

3. Hamper contents

Hamper contents may change based on availability. We may replace any item with one of equal or higher value. Product images are for illustration purposes only.

4. No returns or refunds

As hampers are food products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed.

5. Damaged deliveries

If your hamper is received damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video at hampers@euroindiafoods.com or +91 81560 00680. After verification, we will replace the damaged hamper.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines are shared at order confirmation and may vary by location.

7. Custom and bulk orders

Branded or customised hampers cannot be cancelled once production has started.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Surat, Gujarat.
